We are based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and we work with artisans across India to create consciously made clothing and products.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Most of our products are crafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques, pure fabrics, and plant-based dyes. Each piece carries its own uniqueness.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some of our collections are limited edition and may not be restocked. For signature styles, we may bring them back depending on artisan availability.

Do you offer custom sizing or tailoring?

We do offer custom sizing

How do I care for my Poppy Petal .Co garments?

We recommend gentle hand wash in cold water with mild detergent or dry cleaning for delicate pieces. Avoid harsh chemicals and direct sunlight to preserve natural dyes.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you tracking details via email and SMS. You can also track your order on our tracking page.

We partner with trusted providers like Bluedart, DTDC, XpressBees, Shadowfax, EcomExpress, and Delhivery

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free for all orders above ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000, a standard shipping fee applies.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment options including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available with an additional charge of ₹50.

Are my payment details secure?

Absolutely. Our website is powered by Shopify and payments are processed securely through trusted gateways like PhonePe and Razorpay.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging to qualify.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. For COD orders, refunds are issued to your bank account.
