At Poppy Petal .Co, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across India. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how and when your products will reach you.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In the case of unexpected delays (inventory checks, courier delays, or unforeseen events), we will inform you by email or phone.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, natural events, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within India only.

  • Delivery is available to most pin codes through our courier partners. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and process a cancellation/refund.

Courier Partners

We work with reliable logistics providers, including Bluedart, DTDC, XpressBees, Shadowfax, EcomExpress, and Delhivery, to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹1000.

  • For orders below ₹1000, a standard shipping fee will apply (calculated at checkout).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry an additional charge of ₹50.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment on our Order Tracking Page or through the courier partner’s website.

Risk of Loss

Once your order has been handed over to the courier partner, the risk of loss and title passes to you. Poppy Petal .Co is not responsible for delays or damages caused during transit, though we will assist you in resolving such issues with the courier partner.
