We strive to present products accurately. However, product images, colors, and finishes displayed on your screen may differ slightly from actual items due to device settings.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product, or to limit product availability by region, customer, or order quantity.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Orders are accepted only once payment has been processed and confirmed.

We may reject or cancel an order if:

  • Payment is declined.

  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

  • The product is unavailable or mispriced.

  • Shipping restrictions apply to your location.

If we cancel or change your order, we will attempt to notify you by email, phone, or billing details provided at checkout.

Orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Purchases must be for personal or household use only, not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time of purchase and will be confirmed in your order email.

Unless otherwise noted, prices do not include applicable taxes, COD charges, or shipping fees. COD orders attract an additional ₹50 charge.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment details. By submitting payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method, and that charges will be honored by your provider.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within India only. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 5–7 business days depending on location and courier service.

We partner with courier companies including Bluedart, DTDC, XpressBees, Shadowfax, EcomExpress, and Delhivery. Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, natural events, or circumstances outside our control.

Once we hand over products to the carrier, risk of loss and title passes to you. Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, product descriptions, and software, are the intellectual property of Poppy Petal .Co, Shopify, or their licensors.

Poppy Petal .Co is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform for our Services. However, purchases made in our store are between you and Poppy Petal .Co directly. Shopify is not a party to sales transactions and is not responsible for any claims or damages arising from your purchases.

By using our Services, you release Shopify from any claims relating to transactions with Poppy Petal .Co.
